Sarvavit AI is a fully digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product operated by Nevika Innovations Private Limited. There are no physical goods, no shipping charges, and no delivery addresses collected.

2. Activation Timeline

• Free tier: Instant on email verification.
• Paid plans: Instant on successful payment confirmation from Cashfree (typically under 60 seconds). A confirmation email is sent to your registered address.
• If activation exceeds 30 minutes, contact support@sarvavit.ai.

3. Access

The service is delivered through https://sarvavit.ai. Access requires a compatible modern browser and an active internet connection.

4. Uptime

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for paid tiers. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance where feasible.
