Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- No attempts to extract underlying model weights or bypass safety.
- Respect Indian regulations (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, DPDP, IT Act).

You retain rights to prompts and outputs you generate. Sarvavit may use aggregate, non-identifying usage data to improve the platform.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
